Hi Warren,

Both the Pen F and Fuji X100 series are beautiful cameras. IQ is very similar (maybe a slight edge to the Fuji) but then the Pen F is so flexible with IBI and the ability to change lenses. I would pick the Pen F personally. What did you choose?

I've read many reviews on these cameras but I enjoyed this one the best. Lovely images from the Philippines too reminds me I must get back there. I am selling my Lumix LX100 and leaning towards the Pen-F with Lumix 20mm f1.7, a lens I enjoyed on the Pen E-PM1 some years back. People are telling me I should go with the Fuji X100F but I am not the most stable hands and like in camera panorama and HDR modes as found in my current camera. It's a tough choice and so expensive.

Hi Chris,

Yes the X100F looks promising indeed. I'll be testing one out with Fuji on the 14th so I'll report back then.

Hi David,
same here: pondering which one it should be. The upcoming X100F seems very promising. It will probably catch up in the autofocus results and have improved image quality too. What do you think?
Thanks for the review anyway. I like that it's not too technical and finally "down to earth". Good job!

Hi John,

Thanks for commenting.

Yes the Pen F comes with FL-LM3 compact flash. It's not bad and you can angle the flash head in order to bounce flash too.

Thanks for the review.

I've been trying to decide between these two cameras for a while.

This helps.

Nice photos too.

Does the Pen F come with a flash?
